Looking for some guidance about how to set intuitive and authentic goals in 2021? Today, I'm sharing the audio from a training I did recently where I guided folks through reflections, journaling, and a model for goal-setting to aim for nourishing, intentional goals in the coming year.

I kick off with introductions and an overview of my end-of-year reflection formula and goal-setting approach. Then there's a spot in the training where folks journaled silently for about 45 minutes, which I've edited out, but I encourage you to hit pause on the podcast when it comes up to do your own journaling. Finally towards the end doing some sharing and I do a bunch of Q&A from attendees about intuition, goal-setting, overcoming perfectionism, and more!
